Biological Activity
Antibacterial agent 363 (Compound 1088) exhibits potent inhibitory activity against Methicillin (HY-121544)-resistant Staphylococcus aureus ATCC43300 and ATCC33591, methicillin-susceptible Staphylococcus aureus ATCC25923 and ATCC29213, as well as Vancomycin (HY-B0671)-resistant Enterococcus faecalis ATCC51299, with MIC values all below 1.56 μg/mL[1].
