Biological Activity
Anticancer agent 339 (Compound 8a) maleate (72 h) exhibits the strongest antiproliferative activity against human oral squamous carcinoma KB cells and Vincristine (HY-N0488A)-resistant KB/VCR multidrug-resistant tumor cells, with an IC50 of 1.11 μM for KB cells and 0.51 μM for KB/VCR cells[1].
