Antifungal agent 35 (compound 24) is a potent antifungal agent. Antifungal agent 35 is a potent enhancer of antifungal activity of Fluconazole against C. albicans^[1].

In Vitro

Antifungal agent 35 (compound 24) (0.0015-15 mM; C. albicans) inhibits fungal cell growth in a dose-dependent manner with EC₅₀ value of 0.001 µM in the presence of fluconazole^[1].
Antifungal agent 35 (compound 24) (0.0015-15 mM; C. albicans) shows potent activities (EC₅₀ < 1 μM) against all resistant isolates in the presence of fluconazole^[1].
