Antitumor agent-84 stabilizes the c-MYC Pu24T, c-MYC Pu22, CKit1, CKit2, KRAS and G4 DNA structures[1]. Antitumor agent-84 (1-10000 nM) inhibits tumor organoids and cancer activated fibroblast (CAF) cells with IC50 values of 161 and 2515 nM, respectively[1].
