Arecaidine but-2-ynyl ester tosylate (ABET) is a selective mAChR M2 agonist that dose-dependently decreases mean arterial pressure and heart rate in rats. Arecaidine but-2-ynyl ester tosylate can be used for cardiovascular disease research[1][2].
