Digoxin/BSA is an antigen-adjuvant conjugate of Digoxin (HY-B1049) conjugated to bovine serum albumin (BSA). Digoxin/BSA can serve as an immunogen to induce the production of Digoxin-specific antibodies in mice. Digoxin/BSA can also serve as a coating antigen in ELISA for the detection and screening of specific antibodies against Digoxin. Digoxin/BSA can be used for research on cardiovascular diseases.

Digoxin/BSA (1 µg/mL; up to 1 week) coated on Nunc Immunosorb plates; digoxin-specific Fab binding is competed by digoxin with an IC50 of 41 nM and by ouabain with an IC50 of 2900 nM in a cell-free competitive ELISA[3].
