JWP24

JWP24 is the first cell membrane-permeable peptide inhibitor of MAGE-A4, with an IC₅₀ of 200 nM against human MAGE-A4. JWP24 binds to intracellular targets while retaining binding activity, disrupts the interaction between MAGE-A4 and RAD18, and does not induce cytotoxicity at effective concentrations. JWP24 is applicable for cancer-related research.

In Vitro

JWP24 (0.005-80 μM; 1.5 h) potently disrupts the interaction between MAGE-A4 and RAD18 in HEK293 cells, with an IC₅₀ of 0.5 μM, and exhibits no cytotoxicity at effective concentrations^[1].
JWP24 (10 μM; 2 h) inhibits the interaction between MAGE-A4 and RAD18 in H1299 cell lysates^[1].
