Dircin
Dircin is a daphnane-type diterpene ester natural product found in the branches and flowers of Dirca occidentalis A. Gray. It exhibits potent cytotoxicity against P-388 lymphocytic leukemia cells, with a ED50 of 0.00000025 μg/mL. Dircin can be used in studies of leukemia and plant-derived cytotoxic daphnane-type diterpene esters.
