ATPase-IN-8
ATPase-IN-8 is an anti-enteroviral agent that inhibits the viral non-structural protein 2C, with an IC50 of 1.4 μM against CV-B3 2C ATPase. ATPase-IN-8 exhibits significant anti-enteroviral activity and acts as a potent, selective inhibitor of CV-B3 and EV-D68. ATPase-IN-8 can be used for research on enteroviral infections.

Biological Activity
ATPase-IN-8 (serial dilutions; 72 h) potently inhibits CV-B3 replication in HeLa CCL-2 cells with an EC50 of 0.5 μM, has a CC50 of 22 μM, and a selectivity index of 44[1].
ATPase-IN-8 (serial dilutions; 72 h) potently inhibits EV-D68 replication in RD cells with an EC50 of 0.4 μM, has a CC50 of 23 μM, and a selectivity index of 58[1].
ATPase-IN-8 (serial dilutions; 48 h (antiviral activity); 72 h (cytotoxicity)) inhibits EV-A71 replication in RD cells with an EC50 of 8 μM, has a CC50 of 23 μM, and a selectivity index of 3[1].
ATPase-IN-8 (serial dilutions; 72 h) inhibits EV-D68 induced cytopathic effect in RD cells with an EC50 of 0.6 μM[1].
ATPase-IN-8 (0.1-10 μM; 3 days) dose-dependently reduces EV-D68 plaque formation in RD cells, with complete inhibition at concentrations of 1 μM and above[1].
