BAM-2101 is an ergoline derivative with antihypertensive activity. BAM-2101 is orally active and lowers blood pressure in spontaneously hypertensive rats^[1].

In Vivo

BAM-2101 (3 mg/kg; p.o.; once) significantly reduces systolic blood pressure by 95 mmHg and heart rate by 29 beats/min in spontaneously hypertensive rats^[1].
