BAY-091 (1 μM, 24 h) reduces the production of Hb γ chain in K562 and KU812 cells. BAY-091 reduces the conversion of PtdIns5P into other phosphatidylinositols, increases its bioavailability, thereby affecting the chromatin structure[2].
