Bis-PEG2000-COOH
Based on 1 Customer Validation
Bis-PEG2000-COOH is a dicarboxyl-terminated polyethylene glycol and surface modification reagent with hydrophilic, biocompatible properties. Bis-PEG2000-COOH coats superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles to prepare carriers for conjugating antigen p210 and adjuvant CpG oligodeoxynucleotides in nanovaccine formulation.

Biological Activity
Bis-PEG2000-COOH (60 mg; 12 h) successfully modifies Fe3O4@OA nanoparticles to form Fe3O4@DA-PEG[1].
Bis-PEG2000-COOH (100 mg; 24 h) successfully grafts to amino-functionalized SED-150 long afterglow nanospheres[2].
