Biological Activity
c-Kit-IN-15 (Compound I9) (10 μM, 48 h) potently inhibits the proliferation of HepG-2 and MCF-7 cells, with IC50 values of 8.94 μM and 9.64 μM, respectively[1].
c-Kit-IN-15 (3-9 μM) downregulates the expression of c-Kit protein in MCF-7 cells in a concentration-dependent manner[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
