Activité biologique
Pubeside D (compound 4), isolated from Siegesbeckia pubescens, is characterized as ent-2-oxo-15,16,19-trihydroxypimar-8(14)-en-19-O-β-D-glucopyranoside with a molecular formula of C26H42O9, melting point of 250-253°C, and distinct NMR spectral profiles[1].
Pubeside D (compound 90) is a C-2 carbonyl-substituted ent-pimarane glucopyranoside with glycosidic substitution at the C-18 side chain, present in the aerial parts of both Sigesbeckia orientalis L. and Sigesbeckia pubescens Markino[2].
