Biological Activity: Neokestose is an orally active 6G-series fructooligosaccharide with both sucrase inhibitor and antiproliferative activities. Neokestose inhibits the activity of the NF-κB signaling pathway, reduces the expression of cyclin D1 and COX-2, induces apoptosis, and disrupts the cell cycle.
