CD38-IN-4 (compound 13) (50 μM; 15 minutes) inhibits human recombinant CD38 hydrolase activity with an IC₅₀ of 22.4 μM^[1].
CD38-IN-4 (1.0 μM; 24 hours) does not affect the proliferation of SHSY5Y-GFP neuroblastoma cells at 1.0 μM over 24 hours^[1].
CD38-IN-4 (10 μM) binds to calf thymus DNA in the HT-FID assay^[2].
CD38-IN-4 (15-20 μM) binds preferentially to A/T-rich DNA, as indicated by thermal melting studies^[2].
CD38-IN-4 (7.7 μM) is a reasonably strong DNA-binding agent relative to control agents^[2].
