α-Cyclodextrin exerts a protective effect against SARS-CoV-2 infection in Vero E6 cells at non-cytotoxic concentrations^[2].
α-Cyclodextrin (6.25-50 μM, 24 h) enhances the antitumor effect of Crcumin (HY-N0005) on MCF-7, A549 and HeLa cells^[3].

α-Cyclodextrin (diets containing 0-20% α-Cyclodextrin, p.o., 13 weeks) is well tolerated in the Beagle dogs, but diarrhea occurred^[5].
