D-GlupNA
D-GlupNA is a substrate of bovine kidney γ-glutamyl transpeptidase (γ-GluTP), which acts as a γ-glutamyl donor for acyl transfer and hydrolysis reactions. D-GlupNA can be hydrolyzed into glutamic acid and p-nitroaniline. D-GlupNA is applicable for metabolism-related research.

Biologische Aktivität
D-GlupNA can be hydrolyzed into glutamic acid and p-nitroaniline by γ-glutamyl transpeptidase derived from bovine kidney[1].
D-GlupNA is consumed via Michaelis-Menten kinetics by γ-glutamyl transpeptidase derived from bovine kidney, and its hydrolysis is completely inhibited when the concentration of GlyGly is ≥ 50 mM[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
