Dihydropelitinib
Dihydropelitinib (DHP) is a ILK ligand with a Kd value of 252 nM. Dihydropelitinib acts as a cytoskeleton modulator that induces actin (Actin) cytoskeleton rearrangement. Dihydropelitinib exhibits anticancer activity against liver cancer and lung adenocarcinoma. Dihydropelitinib can be used in studies related to liver cancer and lung adenocarcinoma.

Biologische Aktivität
Dihydropelitinib (0.019-2.500 μM) binds specifically to the ILK:α-parvin complex, with an equilibrium dissociation constant (Kd) of 252 nM[1].
Dihydropelitinib (serial dilution; 2 h treatment) binds to full-length ILK in digitonin (HY-N4000)-permeabilized HEK293T cells, with an IC50 of 980 nM as determined by NanoBRET target binding assay[1].
Dihydropelitinib (0.22-2.50 μM; 48 h) induces concentration-dependent rearrangement of the actin cytoskeleton in hepatocellular carcinoma Huh-7 cells after 48 h of treatment[1].
