In Vitro

Duocarmycin analog-2 (72 h) has anti-proliferative activity with IC₅₀ values of 0.001, 0.002, 0.002, 0.004, 0.009, 0.01, 0.015, 0.019, 0.019, 0.019, 0.02, 0.04, and 0.068 nM for DU4475, SET2, HCT 16, A2780, MDA MB468, LNCaP, LS174T, CCRF-CEM, COLO205, H2087, H661, A549, and MCD MB231 cells, respectively.
