In Vivo

FAP-IN-4 (p.i.; 5.1-7.4 MBq; 15-60 min; single dose) shows rapid blood clearance in CD1 nude mice^[1].
FAP-IN-4 (p.i.; 5-7.4 MBq; 60 min; single dose) shows good tumor targeting in PET imaging of U-87MG tumor-bearing mice^[1].
