HD-800

HD-800 is a tubulin inhibitor with an IC₅₀ of 4.3 nM and an EC₅₀ for depolymerization of 24 nM. HD-800 can be used to generate a radioactive tracer [11C]HD-800, and [11C]HD-800 can penetrate the blood-brain barrier and be used for positron emission tomography (PET) in various neurological diseases.
