PSB-22269 is a competitive GPR17 antagonist. PSB-22269 can be used in research on multiple sclerosis^[1]^[2]^[3].

In Vitro

PSB-22269 (1 h at room temperature) binds GPR17 in CHO-FITR-hGPR17 membrane radioligand binding assays with pK_i 8.05 (K_i 8.91 nM)^[1].
PSB-22269 (30 min) inhibits GPR17-induced calcium mobilization in CHO-FITR-hGPR17 cells with pIC₅₀ 7.0^[1].
PSB-22269 (0-1000 nM; 30 min) competitively inhibits GPR17-mediated calcium mobilization in 1321N1 astrocytoma cells with pIC₅₀ 6.90 and pK_B 7.46^[1].
PSB-22269 (20 min) inhibits GPR17 agonist-induced Gα_i2 activation in HEK293 cells with pIC₅₀ 6.31^[1].
PSB-22269 binds hGPR17 in the cell-free [³H]PSB-12150 binding assay using CHO-FITR cell membranes, with the reported overall IC₅₀ range of 0.0089-0.13 µM^[2].
