SiR-SNAP
SiR-SNAP (SiR650-BG) is a cell membrane-permeable SiR-labeled fluorescent probe (Ex/Em: 645/661 nm) that can covalently label SNAP-tag proteins. SiR-SNAP is suitable for cell fluorescence imaging experiments and can effectively label and localize proteins in living cells.

Biologische Aktivität
Beschreibung
In Vitro
SiR-SNAP (3 nM; 15 min) labels SNAP-tagged membrane proteins in live HeLa cells and allows fluorescence imaging of their plasma membrane distribution[2].
SiR-SNAP (1 µM; 50 min at 37°C) can stain HIV-1 particles carrying TM.SNAP[3].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
