WYJ-2
WYJ-2 is a selective agonist for toll-like receptor 2/1 (TLR2/1) with EC50 of 18.57 nM in human TLR2 and TLR1 transient-cotransfected HEK 293T cells. WYJ-2 induces pyroptosis and exhibits anticancer activity against non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

WYJ-2 (0-10 μM) inhibits heterodimerization of TLR2 and TLR1 in THP-1 cells, stimulates the adaptor protein myeloid differentiation primary response protein 88 (MyD88) and then activates the NF-κB signaling pathway without significant cytotoxicity[1].
WYJ-2 (0-100 μM) inhibits proliferation in cancer cells A549, HeLa, HepG2 and MCF-7 with IC50 about 10 μM, induces cancer cell pyroptosis by activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome[1].
