Biological Activity
Luteolin 7-diglucuronide (5-50 µM, 24 h) inhibits the activity of protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B (PTP1B, IC50=2.10 µM), upregulates the phosphorylation of AMPK, thereby inhibiting the activation of hepatic stellate cells[3].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
-
Cell Line:LX-2 and primary murine hepatic stellate cell
-
Concentration:5-50 µM
-
Incubation Time:24 h
-
Result:Inhibited the expression of TGF-β1-induced HSCs activation markers such as Col-1, α-SMA and Fibronectin.
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
-
Animal Model:Isoproterenol-administrated mouse models[2]
-
Dosage:5-40 mg/kg
-
Administration:ip, once daily for 5 days
-
Result:Reduced myocardial necrosis, granulation tissue formation, and inflammatory cell infiltration.
Inhibited the expression of NADPH oxidase subunits (Cyba, Cybb, Ncf1, Ncf4 and Rac2) and ECM genes (such as Col1a1, Col1a2, Col3a1, Col12a1, Fbn1, elastin, and CTHRC1).
