asc-C6 (220-6000 nM) exhibits negligible dauer-inducing activity in Caenorhabditis elegans^[1].
Synthetic asc-C6 (3 aM-3 µM; 72 h) increases fecundity of the invasive Bursaphelenchus xylophilus CN1 isolate, but has no significant effect on the US1 isolate^[2].
