PODi-1
PODi-1 is a cell-impermeable nucleic acid dye. PODi-1 is non-fluorescent in the absence of nucleic acids, but its fluorescence intensity increases significantly upon binding to double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) (Ex/Em = 433/458 nm).
