TK-684 is a potent and selective allosteric SHP2 inhibitor with IC₅₀ values of 2.1, ＞1000 nM for SHP2^WT, SHP22^PTP, respectively. TK-684 inhibits cell proliferation and induces apoptosis. TK-684 decreases the protein expression of p-AKT, p-ERK.
