Biological Activity
Cyathisterol (1.25-20 μg/mL; 24 h) dose-dependently inhibits LPS (HY-D1056)-induced nitric oxide production in murine RAW 264.7 macrophage cells with an IC50 of 9.6 μg/mL, while reducing cell viability at higher concentrations[1].
