Description

Cyclo(glycyl-L-leucyl) (Cyclo(leu-gly)), a neuropeptide, down-regulates dopamine (DA) receptors and attenuates dopaminergic supersensitivity. Cyclo(glycyl-L-leucyl) inhibits the development of Morphine induced pain relief as well as dopamine receptor supersensitivity in rats. 2.  If water fails, try dissolving the peptide in a 10%-30% acetic acid solution.
3.  If the peptide still does not dissolve, try dissolving the peptide in a small amount of DMSO.
