Cys-NLS (24–48 μM; 17 h), either alone or in combination with BP100-Cys, used for post-modification of MAL-TEG-PLL/pDNA micelles, did not improve gene delivery efficiency in N. benthamianaleaves compared to unmodified micelles[1].
