DDB1 ligand-3
DDB1 ligand-3 is a molecular glue compound. DDB1 ligand-3 binds the CDK12/13:CCNK complex and induces its interaction with the DDB1:CUL4B E3 ubiquitin ligase, thereby promoting CCNK ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation, and exhibits nanomolar-level antiproliferative activity in breast cancer cell lines.

Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
yl) propanamide Enantiomer 2) induces CCNK degradation in HEK293T cells with Nluc-tagged CCNK: DC50 < 1 nM; and exhibits potent cytotoxic activity in two breast cancer cell lines: Hs-578T EC50 of 1-10 nM and BT-474 EC50 of 1-10 nM[1].
