DiPODS
DiPODS is a thiolate-targeted bioconjugation reagent with irreversible covalent binding activity. DiPODS can rebridge the broken disulfide bonds in antibodies/Fab fragments. DiPODS enables site-specific bioconjugation to generate homogeneous immunoconjugates. DiPODS can conjugate with various payloads via the primary amine at the end of its side chain. DiPODS is applicable to breast cancer-related research.

Biological Activity
FabHER2-DiPODS-FITC (0.8 mg/mL; 30 min) retains specific binding to HER2-positive BT474 human breast cancer cells and exhibits higher immunoreactivity than a non-site-specific lysine-conjugated analogue[1].
