DMG-PEG2000-OH is a pegylated lipid. DMG-PEG2000-OH features a hydrophobic dimyristoyl glycerol anchor (C14 chains) attached to a hydrophilic polyethylene glycol chain (MW 2000). DMG-PEG2000-OH is widely used as an excipient to formulate lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) and liposomes for drug and RNA delivery.
