In Vitro
(E)-IDO1/TDO-IN-15 (compound 9a) potently inhibits purified IDO1 enzyme with an IC50 of 0.19 μM, exhibiting activity comparable to INCB024360 (HY-15689)[1].
(E)-IDO1/TDO-IN-15 inhibits purified TDO enzyme with an IC50 of 0.37 μM[1].
(E)-IDO1/TDO-IN-15 potently inhibits IDO1 in HeLa cells with an IC50 of 0.02 μM, exhibiting activity equivalent to INCB024360 and better than its enzymatic IDO1 inhibition[1].

Alzheimer’s Disease Modeling
Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disorder characterized by a progressive decline in cognitive functions and loss of specific types of neurons and synapses. Alzheimer's symptoms can be simulated in mice by injecting drugs (such as Aβ) or genetically modified.
