Eftansomatropin alfa (GX-H9) is a fusion protein composed of rhGH (growth hormone) and immunoglobulin fragments. In Eftansomatropin alfa, rhGH is fused to a hybrid Fc domain comprising sequences of both IgD and IgG4. Eftansomatropin alfa can be used for the study of growth hormone deficiency (GHD).
