ent-Yahazunol
ent-Yahazunol is a sesquiterpene hybrid growth inhibitor present in sponges of the genus Dysidea. ent-Yahazunol selectively inhibits the growth of human mammary adenocarcinoma cells and human lung cancer cells. ent-Yahazunol can be used in studies related to mammary adenocarcinoma and lung cancer.

Biological Activity
ent-Yahazunol (compound 4) inhibits the growth of MDA-MB-231 mammary gland adenocarcinoma cells with a GI50 of 27.7 μM and A-549 lung carcinoma cells with a GI50 of 17.4 μM[1].
