FAHF
FAHF is a polypeptide-based dual-signal fluorescent colorimetric probe synthesized by conjugating the 5-carboxyfluorescein (5-FAM) (HY-66022) fluorophore to the Ala-His-Phe-NH2 tripeptide backbone. FAHF achieves highly selective recognition of Cu2+ via fluorescence quenching and colorimetric change. The FAHF-Cu2+ complex responds to Glyphosate (HY-B0863) based on the displacement effect, resulting in fluorescence enhancement and a visually distinguishable color change. FAHF can penetrate cell membranes to enable cascade detection of copper (II) and glyphosate in living cells, and it can also be combined with smartphone RGB analysis for semi-quantitative identification.

Biological Activity
FAHF (0-30.0 μM) is a selective, reversible, and rapid-response dual-signal probe for detecting Cu2+ and Glyphosate (HY-B0863) in 10 mM HEPES buffer (pH 7.4), with a limit of detection of 51.1 nM for Cu2+ and 46.8 nM for glyphosate[1].
FAHF (0-80.0 μM; 24 h) exhibits low cytotoxicity against HaCaT cells, and can be used for cascade fluorescence imaging of Cu2+ and Glyphosate in living HaCaT cells[1].
FAHF enables the detection of Cu2+ and Glyphosate in tap water and purified water; test strips based on FAHF allow naked-eye visual detection of Cu2+ and Glyphosate under ultraviolet light and natural light[1].
FAHF (0-5.0 μM) enables smartphone-based RGB analysis for the semi-quantitative detection of Cu2+ and glyphosate, with limits of detection of 0.37 μM and 0.52 μM, respectively[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
