Fluazaindolizine
Fluazaindolizine is a fluorinated nematicide. Fluazaindolizine induces mortality in second-stage juveniles (J2) of Meloidogyne incognita and Tylenchulus semipenetrans in vitro. Fluazaindolizine impacts plant-parasitic nematode parasitism. Fluazaindolizine can be used for the research of plant-parasitic nematode infestation.

Biological Activity
Fluazaindolizine (100-600 mg/L; 24-72 h) potently induces mortality in Meloidogyne incognita J2 in vitro, with an LC50 of 177.1 mg/L[1].
Fluazaindolizine (100-1600 mg/L; 24-72 h) induces mortality in Tylenchulus semipenetrans J2 in vitro, with an LC50 of 355.2 mg/L[1].
Fluazaindolizine (125-1000 mg/L; 24-72 h) weakly induces mortality in Pratylenchus brachyurus mixed life stages in vitro, with an LC50 of 1187.5 mg/L[1].
Fluazaindolizine (100-1600 mg/L; 24-72 h) weakly induces mortality in Heterodera schachtii J2 in vitro, with a 72-h LC50 of 1019.3 mg/L[1].
Fluazaindolizine (100-500 mg/L; 3-6 days) reduces hatching rate in Meloidogyne incognita J2 hatched from exposed egg masses and reduces hatching rate only at the highest tested concentration of 400 and 500 mg/L[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
