     Primary macrophages were isolated as described above. After staining 4T1 cells with DID (MCE, HY-D1028) and macrophages with CFSE, cells were cultured with an effector-to-target ratio of 3:1 at 37 °C for 24 h. The phagocytosis effect was visualized by confocal imaging. 4T1 cells and macrophages were visualized by DiD dye (magenta) and CFSE dye (green).
