Mouse IgM, Isotype Control is an isotype control antibody (Mouse IgM) used to control non-specific antibody binding in FcμR-related B cell experiments^[1].

In Vitro

Mouse IgM, Isotype Control shows no specific binding to purified mouse splenic B cells, confirming the specificity of anti-FcμR antibody staining for FcμR on these cells^[1].
Mouse IgM, Isotype Control (48 hours) does not alter proliferation or survival of purified wild-type or FcμR-deficient mouse splenic B cells in response to BCR cross-linking or LPS stimulation^[1].
