HA-CD44 interaction inhibitor 3 inhibits MDA-MB-231 (CD44++) cells and MCF-7 cells (CD44--) with EC50s of 4.24 μM and 14.74 μM, respectively. HA-CD44 interaction inhibitor 3 shows the potential for cancer research.
