Description

HS201 is a nucleotide extract that can be used as a vaccine adjuvant. HS201 can activate Toll-like receptors and trigger Th1 immune responses. HS201 is mainly used in inactivated vaccines for diseases such as foot-and-mouth disease.

In Vivo

Dissolve the powder in PBS or saline at a concentration of 25mg/mL, and filter it through a 0.22 μm PES filter membrane to sterilize.

The recommended dosage is 500~1500 μg per animal (cattle, sheep or pigs, etc.).

This product is not resistant to high temperatures and cannot be sterilized under high pressure and high temperature conditions. The pH value of the solution for dissolving this product should be between 7.0 and 7.8.

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
