pre-miR-372-IN-1
pre-miR-372-IN-1 is a pre-miR-372 inhibitor that binds to the internal loop region of pre-miR-372 and inhibits Dicer-mediated processing, with an IC50 of 1.06 μM and a Kd of 0.15 μM. pre-miR-372-IN-1 exhibits selectivity over tRNA and DNA competitors. pre-miR-372-IN-1 can be used for research on gastric adenocarcinoma.

In Vitro
pre-miR-372-IN-1 (PA-1) (0.244-500 μM; 30 min) inhibits the processing of pre-miR-373, pre-miR-17, and pre-miR-21 with similar potency (IC50 ~1.1-1.3 μM), but is 4-fold less active against pre-miR-155 (IC50 4.44 μM)[1].
pre-miR-372-IN-1 (0.244-500 μM; 30 min) inhibits pre-miR-372 processing in MCF-7 lysates, with reduced potency compared to recombinant Dicer (IC50 20.8 μM)[1].
pre-miR-372-IN-1 (61-1000 μM; overnight) binds pre-miR-372 with submicromolar affinity (KD 0.15 μM) and retains its affinity in the presence of excess tRNA and DNA[1].
pre-miR-372-IN-1 (61-1000 μM) binds pre-miR-373, pre-miR-17, pre-miR-21, and pre-miR-155 with submicromolar affinity (KD 0.04-0.24 μM)[1].

Cell Cytotoxicity Assay
Cytotoxicity assays are usually based on the assessment of cell membrane damage, which can also be indirectly detected by measuring cell viability. Detection methods include MTT assay, CKK-8 assay, LDH assay and ATP assay, etc.
