Description
In Vitro
Ionizable lipid-2 (Compound 1) is formulated with DSPC, cholesterol, and other components into a lipid mixture solution, and VZV gE mRNA is encapsulated via microfluidic mixing. The resulting LNP-mRNA vaccine shows a higher encapsulation efficiency than cationic lipids III, IV, and V, and possesses suitable average particle size, PDI, and Zeta potential[1].
