GSK983
Based on 1 Customer Validation
GSK983 is a broad-spectrum antiviral agent. GSK983 inhibits the replication of adenovirus-5 (Ad-5) and polyoma virus SV40. GSK983 inhibits the growth of cell lines immortalized by EBV, HTLV1, HPV. GSK983 induces the expression of interferon-stimulated genes.

GSK983 (0-10000 nM; 2 h) inhibits replication of adenovirus-5 (Ad-5) in primary human fibroblasts (HFF) and polyoma virus SV40 in Vero cells with the median effect concentration (K) of 21 nM, 7.5 nM; and maximum inhibition (I max) of 99%, 88%, respectively[1].
GSK983 (0-10000 nM; 72 h) inhibits the growth of cell lines immortalized by viral infection with the median effect concentration (K) of 16, 14, 7.5 nM for IM9 (EBV), B-LCL 5/2/1 (EBV), MT4 (HTLV1) cells, respectively[1].
GSK983 (10, 100 nM; 24, 48 h) induces the expression of interferon-stimulated genes in W12, HKC cells[1].
