Itolizumab (Anti-Human CD6 Recombinant Antibody) is a humanized recombinant anti-CD6 monoclonal antibody (MAb) targeting the extracellular SRCR distal domain 1 of CD6. Itolizumab reduces T-cell proliferation and inhibits the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines, such as INF-γ, TNFα and IL-6. Itolizumab can be used in the research of psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis (RA), COVID-19.

    Immobilized CD6 Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc, HY-P72922) can bind Itolizumab. The EC50 for this effect is 19.56 ng/mL.

    Flow cytometric analysis of 106 Jurkat cells with Itolizumab (HY-P99252, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 kappa (HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control.
