SiR-SNAP (SiR650-BG) (0.33 μM; 30 min) labeling results show that the SNAP-labeled CD43 intracellular domain does not diffuse in the apoptotic supernatant, but co-diffuses with Halo488 in healthy CEM cells^[1].
SiR-SNAP (3 nM; 15 min) labels SNAP-tagged membrane proteins in live HeLa cells and allows fluorescence imaging of their plasma membrane distribution^[2].
SiR-SNAP (1 µM; 50 min at 37°C) can stain HIV-1 particles carrying TM.SNAP^[3].
