Sofetabart (LY-4170156 Antibody) is a humanized IgG1 antibody that specifically targets folate receptor α (FRα). Sofetabart can be used to synthesize the antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) Sofetabart mipitecan. Sofetabart is applicable to research related to advanced ovarian cancer, platinum-resistant epithelial ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer or primary peritoneal cancer, as well as platinum-sensitive ovarian cancer.
